We manufacture good quality flush panel doors with galvanized steel. The panels used to make doors can also serve the purpose of partitions as well. The flush panel doors we manufacture are mainly catered to Kalpakkam Atomic Energy Center. The attributes of these flush panel doors are as follows-

• Made up of joining two sheets together

The Security Doors we manufacture are strong and durable. These Security Doors find their applications in generally in banks and hospitals, where the need of extra security is there. Our manufactured Security Doors are available in following specifications-

• External door: 1.2 -1.5 microns thick
• Internal door: 6 microns thick

We specialize in manufacturing a wide variety of galvanized flush doors with a capacity to withstand 1200 degree heat. Our range includes frames & shutters with all hardwares in various surface finishes. These doors are made up of galvanized steel sheets which undergoes through a series of processes like-

• Cutting the sheet on required size vertically & horizontally
• Edges notching
• Changing the notched surface inward
• Roll forming
• Edge bending
• Cleaning the surface
• Fixing of treated wooden pieces for hard wares
• Snap fitting of both skins
• Loading in the PUF filling chamber & PUF filling

With a very little human involvement, the whole process is carried out while the sheet is moves through a conveyor belt. For that reason, there is no scope for any welding job.

The doors we manufacture are available in following specifications-

• Made of G. I. Sheet H. M. P. S. (100 x 50) section in 18 / 20 gauge with 6 nos. hold fast.
• Made out of .60 mm G. I. Sheets on both side shutter construction by roll forming and snap fitted edges.
• Thermal barrier between 2 snap joints to avoid metal to metal contact.
• No welded joints any where in the shutter.
• PUF insulated core for rigidity and strength.
• Wooden inserts for fixing hardwares.
• Seasoned & treated wooden Inserts as & where required lor fitting

To manufacture our range of galvanized flush doors, we use two packs of epoxy primer which makes it abrasion and chemical resistant, giving it high bonding strength and making it strong and odor-free.

These doors are available in a wide spectrum of colors. The paint used to color the door gives full protection against UV rays. Our galvanized flush doors are available in the height of 2and half to 8 meter and width of 2ft to 4 meter.
